Easy, Out/back and Road Ride
A course mapped out to perfection for your riding comfort. These courses are typically mapped with mileage and elevation tables to prevent you from getting lost. The symbols to the right indicate difficulty, course type and ride type.

The green circle at the top designates this as an easy or beginner course. This type of trail usually is shorter with less elevation gain, less strenuous or not technical

A straight line at the bottom indicates that this is an out and back course. When riding you will ride back the same way you rode out.

The black color of the lower symbol represents a road course. Paved bike trails or streets are ridden on this course.
